About MAVRI

MAVRI is a personal information organisation tool.

MAVRI allows users to record information about important records, contacts, services, documents and arrangements so that the user, or someone assisting them, can more easily understand what exists and where further information may be found.

MAVRI is not a password manager, digital vault or document-storage service.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring information you enter into MAVRI is accurate.

  • Keeping your information up to date.

  • Keeping original documents and official records in appropriate secure locations.

  • Maintaining appropriate security on your device.

  • Deciding who may access your device and the information stored within MAVRI.

  • Obtaining appropriate professional advice when required.

Do not use MAVRI to store:

  • Passwords

  • PINs

  • Authentication codes

  • Recovery codes

  • Security-question answers

  • Full bank account numbers

  • Full credit or debit card numbers

Local Storage

MAVRI stores user-entered records locally on the user's device.

MAVRI does not provide a cloud backup or synchronisation service for those records.

Users are responsible for maintaining any separate backup or recovery arrangements they consider necessary.

Availability

We aim to keep MAVRI operating reliably, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device or future operating-system version.

Updates may occasionally be required.

Data Loss

Because MAVRI stores records locally, information may be lost if a device is lost, damaged, reset, replaced or otherwise becomes unavailable.

Users should not rely on MAVRI as the only record of important information.

Third-Party Services

MAVRI may contain links to external websites, email services or other third-party services.

XSCAPE 2 PTY LTD is not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of external services.

Intellectual Property

The MAVRI name, branding, design, text, software and associated material are owned by or licensed to XSCAPE 2 PTY LTD, unless otherwise stated.

Users may use MAVRI for its intended personal purposes.

Users must not copy, reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit MAVRI except where permitted by law.

Changes to MAVRI

XSCAPE 2 PTY LTD may update, modify or discontinue MAVRI features.

Where material changes affect privacy or user rights, the relevant policies may also be updated.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MAVRI and XSCAPE 2 PTY LTD are not liable for loss arising solely from:

  • Incorrect or outdated information entered by a user.

  • Failure to maintain original records.

  • Loss of a device.

  • Device failure.

  • Failure to maintain appropriate device security.

  • Reliance on MAVRI instead of obtaining appropriate professional advice.

  • Actions or services of third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable consumer law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia.
