Do not upload personal documents. Only record a general location or the name of a trusted person who can help find the information.
Use MAVRI only to record where important information is kept. Never enter passwords, PINs, banking details, or security answers.

About MAVRI
MAVRI is a personal information organiser designed to help users record where important information is kept, who to contact, and what information may need to be known by the user or someone they trust.
MAVRI is not designed to store passwords, PINs, authentication codes, recovery codes, security answers, full bank account numbers, full payment card numbers or copies of sensitive documents.
Information stored in MAVRI
Users may choose to enter information including:
Personal contact information
Emergency contacts
Trusted contacts
Will and legal information
Banking provider and document-location information
Mortgage and property information
Superannuation or pension information
Insurance information
Vehicle information
Utilities and household information
Medical information
Pet information
Important document locations
Digital accounts and online-presence information
Subscriptions and ongoing services
Notes and instructions
MAVRI does not require users to provide passwords, PINs, full bank or card numbers, authentication codes, recovery codes or security-question answers.
Where Your Information Is Stored
Information entered into MAVRI is stored locally on the user's device.
MAVRI does not operate a cloud database for storing the personal records entered into the app.
MAVRI does not automatically upload the contents of those records to a MAVRI server.
There is currently no MAVRI-provided cloud synchronisation, device-to-device synchronisation or remote backup service.
Analytics, Advertising and Tracking
MAVRI does not currently use advertising tracking or behavioural analytics within the app.
MAVRI does not use information entered into personal records for advertising.
Internet and Third-Party Services
MAVRI may provide links allowing users to open an external website or email application.
If a user chooses to use an external service, that service may process information according to its own privacy policy.
MAVRI does not automatically attach or transmit the user's stored MAVRI records when an external website or email link is opened.
Normal internet connection information may be processed by infrastructure involved in providing or downloading the application. This is separate from the personal records stored within MAVRI.
Sensitive Information
Users control what information they enter into MAVRI.
Users must not enter:
Passwords
PINs
Authentication codes
Recovery codes
Security-question answers
Full bank account numbers
Full credit or debit card numbers
MAVRI includes safeguards intended to discourage the entry of certain sensitive credentials. These safeguards cannot guarantee that a user will never enter sensitive information into a free-text field.
Access to Information
MAVRI records are stored on the user's device.
MAVRI does not maintain a remote user account containing those records.
A person who can access an unlocked device may be able to access information stored in MAVRI.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on their device.
Deleting Information
Users can edit or delete information within MAVRI.
MAVRI also provides a local data reset function.
Deleting the standalone MAVRI application from an iPhone normally removes the application's local storage from that device.
Apple device-management, backup or offloading functions may operate separately from MAVRI. MAVRI cannot guarantee deletion of information from historical device backups controlled by Apple or the user.
Data Sharing
MAVRI does not sell personal information entered into the app.
MAVRI does not automatically share personal records with advertisers or data brokers.
MAVRI currently does not provide remote access to records for nominated trusted people.
Designating someone as a trusted contact within MAVRI does not give that person access to the app or its data.
Children
MAVRI is intended as a personal organisational tool.
Parents or guardians should supervise use by children where appropriate and ensure children do not enter sensitive credentials or inappropriate personal information.
